How do I create a game?
Create a game from your organiser dashboard. Set the venue, date, format, capacity and price, choose how players pay, who can see it and your cancellation deadline, then publish.
What you set
- Basics: title, venue, date, time, duration, format and capacity.
- Price and payment: online, cash at the venue, or free.
- Visibility: public, unlisted or private. See What are private and unlisted games?
- Join requests: require your approval before players can book.
- Refunds: whether players get wallet credit when they leave, and the deadline in hours or days before kick-off.
- Details: gender, skill level and game rules.
Refund deadlines
Players who leave before your deadline get the full amount back as wallet credit, and the amount is deducted from your balance. Players who book by mistake and leave within 15 minutes are always refunded.
