How do I get paid?
Online booking money becomes available 24 hours after your game is completed, minus the GoalSpace platform fee. Withdraw it to your bank from your organiser wallet. Cash is paid to you directly at the game.
Online payments
- GoalSpace deducts its platform fee from each online payment. The standard fee is 10%; your agreement may set a different rate.
- Earnings are held until 24 hours after the game is completed, then become available.
- Withdraw available earnings to your bank from your organiser wallet through Stripe.
Cash games
Players pay you at the venue and there is no platform fee. Mark cash as received so player records stay accurate; a player who leaves a cash game can only be refunded after you have recorded their payment.
