How do I join a team?

Open the team invitation you were sent and accept it while signed in. Invitations expire, and an invitation sent to an email address only works for the account with that email.

Accept an invitation

  1. Open the invitation link.
  2. Sign in, and finish onboarding if you have not already.
  3. Accept the invitation.

If it does not work

  • Expired: ask the team for a new invitation.
  • Sent to a different email: sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to.
  • No longer pending: it has already been accepted, declined or withdrawn.
