What happens to our contribution if my team withdraws?
If your team withdraws from a fixture before the refund deadline, its contribution is refunded. After the deadline the contribution is forfeited.
Team fixtures have their own contribution and withdrawal rules, separate from casual game bookings. Team managers can see the refund deadline and what would be refunded or forfeited before withdrawing.
- Before the deadline: the amount your team paid is refundable.
- After the deadline: the amount is forfeited.
The deadline comes from the fixture's game settings. If none is set, it is 48 hours before the fixture.
