What is the refund policy?
Refunds are GoalSpace wallet credit for the full amount you paid. You get one if you leave before the game's deadline or within 15 minutes of booking, and always when the organiser cancels.
You get a full refund when
- You leave within 15 minutes of booking.
- You leave before the game's cancellation deadline and the game offers refunds.
- The organiser cancels the game.
You do not get a refund when
- You leave after the deadline.
- The game does not offer refunds.
- You booked a cash game and the organiser has not recorded your payment.
How refunds are paid
All refunds are added to your wallet as credit straight away, for the full amount you paid. Spots you paid for on behalf of friends are refunded to you.
