How does my GoalSpace wallet work?
Your wallet holds GoalSpace credit from refunds and top-ups. Spend it on online bookings. Player wallet credit cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
Where credit comes from
- Refunds when you leave a game in time.
- Refunds when an organiser cancels a game.
- Top-ups from your saved card.
Top up
On Wallet, choose Top up £10 to charge your default saved card. You need a saved card first; your card is saved when you pay for a game by card.
Spend credit
Choose wallet at checkout when your balance covers the full price. Waitlist auto-book also pays from your wallet.
Transactions
Wallet lists every booking, refund and top-up. Use the download button to save them as a CSV file.
Common questions
- Can I withdraw my wallet credit?
- No. Player wallet credit can only be spent on GoalSpace bookings. Only organisers can withdraw their earnings to a bank account.
- Can I get a refund to my card instead of credit?
- Cancellation refunds are always added to your wallet as credit. If you think a payment was taken in error, contact the team through Assistly.
