How do waitlists work?
Join the waitlist when a game is full. If a spot opens, the first person in line is booked automatically from wallet credit when auto-book is on; otherwise they are notified and the spot goes to whoever books first.
Join a waitlist
- Open the full game.
- Choose Join Waitlist.
- Turn on auto-book if you want to be booked automatically.
Joining a waitlist is free. You only pay when you are booked. See your waitlists in Waitlists.
Auto-book
- Auto-book pays from your wallet credit. It is unavailable while your balance is lower than the game price. Top up your wallet.
- If the payment cannot go through, auto-book switches off and you are notified instead.
- Auto-book switches off when the game is less than 30 minutes away. You are notified instead.
When you are notified
Book as soon as you can. Spots are not held, so the first person to book gets it.

- Do I pay to join a waitlist?
- No. You are only charged if you are booked, either automatically from wallet credit with auto-book or when you book yourself.
- Why can I not turn on auto-book?
- Auto-book needs enough wallet credit to cover the game price. Top up your wallet, then turn it on.
