How do I cancel a booking?
Open the game and choose Leave Game. If you leave before the game's cancellation deadline, or within 15 minutes of booking, the full amount goes back to your wallet as credit.
Leave a game
- Open the game from My bookings.
- Choose Leave Game.
- Check whether you will get a refund. The dialog shows the deadline.
- Confirm.
When you get a refund
- Within 15 minutes of booking: always a full refund, whatever the deadline.
- Before the deadline: a full refund, if the game offers refunds.
- After the deadline: no refund.
Refunds are added to your GoalSpace wallet as credit, including bookings paid by card.
Changed your mind?
If you left a paid game without a refund and a spot is still free, rejoining that game costs nothing.
When you cannot cancel
You cannot leave a game once it has finished.

- What is the cancellation deadline?
- Each organiser sets it for each game, most often 24 hours before kick-off. The exact time is shown in the game's cancellation terms and in the Leave Game dialog.
- I booked by mistake. Can I get my money back?
- Yes, if you leave within 15 minutes of booking. You get the full amount back as wallet credit, even if the deadline has passed.
